Reisefotografien von 1985 bis heute
Until recently Burma was one of the most isolated countries on earth. When I started to discover this exciting back in 1985 the foreigners were given only one-week-visa. So I made two one-week-jumps from Bangkok to Rangoon. From 2002 onwards I resumed my Burma project and visited the country twice a year. Though I specialized in panoramic photography since 1976 I also was concerned with ordinary formats as this book shows. The texts were contributed by John Keay, Jana Marková and myself.
